30hop in Lee’s Summit, MO is looking for a new front-of-house Restaurant Manager to our team. We’re passionate about creating memorable guest experiences in a vibrant, upscale-casual environment.

Candidates with experience in upscale casual or high-volume full-service restaurants are strongly preferred. This role is best suited for leaders experienced in hospitality driven dining environments.

Compensation: starting at $53,000 per year and up based on experience.

Schedule: Full-time exempt management position. Schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs

Full-time staff BENEFITS: Available for all full-time employees who work 30 hours per week or more on average.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead daily front of house operations and service execution
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings and team coaching
  • Train and develop FOH staff to maintain hospitality standards
  • Support scheduling, floor leadership, and shift execution
  • Monitor service quality, productivity, and guest satisfaction
  • Step into operational roles as needed including hosting, bartending, serving, or expo
  • Address guest concerns and create positive guest experiences
  • Communicate maintenance or facility related concerns to leadership
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
  • Support additional operational responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant or hospitality leadership experience
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Ability to obtain ServSafe certification within 30 days
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand and move throughout shifts for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
