Job Summary:
The rainbow cone assistant general manager will work closely with the general manager to achieve all goals of the store. The ideal candidate is a driven, self- motivated individual that can perform at the highest of hospitality levels, without compromising the integrity and values of the business, whilst promoting a fun and safe environment and has strong organizational skills with the abilities to follow direction and to lead the hourly team
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Upholding the company values no matter the circumstances
Development of supervisor
Hospitality and quality of product
Training of all team members
Purchasing & Inventory
Community engagement and outreach through our social media feedback
Venue cleanliness and sanitation
Ensure the entire team complies with health regulation and certifications
Assist GM with R&M reports of the venue and equipment
Enforces policies procedures and controls
Conduct Monthly meetings with supervisors to recognize opportunities
Constantly engage with guests in the parlor to observe portions and atmosphere

QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or equivalent or 1-3 years of experience in F&B
Illinois and city of Chicago manager sanitation license
Strong understanding of ice cream cycles and storage
