Maze Lounge is looking for a seasoned Restaurant Manager with the following experience and skills:
2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager working in upscale and high-volume restaurants
Additional experience working in upscale nightclubs, bars, hotels and/or events
Knowledge of fine dining steps of service and service techniques
Experience overseeing bottle service and nightlife entertainment
High sense of urgency and attention to detail with customer service
Proven record of success reaching sales targets
Experience in conflict resolution
Experience managing people based on fundamentals of labor laws and motivational leadership
Tech savviness to be able to operate different technology platforms
Excellent communication skills in English, and preferably, working knowledge of Spanish

Job requirements:
Must be able to stand or walk a minimum eight-hour shifts
Must be able to twist, tow (push or pull), reach, bend, climb and carry objects as necessary
Must be able to work in a fast pace and high-volume environment, in the presence of areas containing second hand smoke, high noise levels, dancing, bright lights, sun, rain and dust
