Fox's Lounge is South Miami's neighborhood spot with a lot of soul - equal parts restaurant, bar, and lounge. We've been a local institution for decades, and we're looking for a Floor Manager who can keep the energy high, the guests happy, and the team sharp.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
A day in the life of our Floor Boss.
Own pre-shift - rally the team, review the res list, set the tone for the night
Float the floor like you were born for it - read the room, anticipate needs, and solve problems before guests even notice them
Be the go-to for guest relations: compliments, complaints, and everything in between
Support and coach FOH staff in real-time - lead by example, not just by title
Coordinate seamlessly with the kitchen and bar to keep service smooth and timely
Handle opening and closing duties, cash management, and end-of-night reporting
Monitor pacing, table turns, and reservations to maximize flow without rushing guests
Jump in wherever needed - because that's what great managers do
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Are you the right fox for the den?
2+ years of floor management or senior FOH experience in a high-volume restaurant or lounge
Natural leader who can motivate a team without micromanaging
Hospitality-first mindset - you genuinely love making people feel welcome
Cool under pressure and quick on your feet when things go sideways
Strong communicator who can talk to anyone - from regulars to first-timers to your whole team
Solid understanding of POS systems, scheduling, and basic financial reporting
Food Safety/ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain)
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays - this is the biz, baby
