Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and consistent execution of brand standards
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and hospitality
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor to support operational efficiency and financial goals
• Drive sales and profitability through strong operational controls and attention to detail
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and food safety standards
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate daily priorities and performance goals
• Partner with kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver seamless and memorable dining experiences
• Address guest concerns with professionalism and urgency, ensuring overall satisfaction
• Support ongoing training and development initiatives to build future leaders

• Experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop large teams
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
