Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team! As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the restaurant’s operational performance and well-being. You will help train and lead staff, ensuring they reflect the restaurant’s high standards. You will also help facilitate communication between our chefs and waitstaff. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing a successful restaurant.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in Organizing/Building/Managing waitstaff team
- Lead team in providing exceptional customer service
- Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
- Help develop and coordinate marketing efforts and community events
- Maintaining optimal restaurant ambiance
- Adhering to company policies and standards
- Outside expedition during peak/rush hour
- Filling shifts as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Familiarity with restaurant management software and POS software
- Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
- Excellent management and leadership skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
