4 Rivers Smokehouse is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our Jacksonville team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, knows how to develop people, and takes pride in great food and hospitality.

Our managers are active leaders—not desk managers. You'll work across front-of-house, back-of-house, and high-volume catering operations while partnering with the General Manager to drive team performance, guest satisfaction, and restaurant results.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure a great guest experience
• Coach, develop, and hold team members accountable
• Oversee food quality, cleanliness, safety, and operational standards
• Support high-volume catering production
• Manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and payroll
• Partner with the General Manager to drive sales and profitability
• Build a strong, positive team culture

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience
• Strong kitchen or food production background
• Experience leading teams in a high-volume environment
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for hospitality and developing people
• Catering experience is a plus
• R365 experience is a plus
• Food Safety certification or willingness to obtain
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
