Plan and coordinate daily food service and administrative operations; establish standards for personnel performance and customer service; schedule staff hours and assign duties; monitor budgets, payroll records, and financial transactions to ensure authorized expenditures; count money and prepare bank deposits; supervise cash handling procedures, including reconciliations and petty cash; maintain food and equipment inventory records; order and purchase food, supplies, and equipment; schedule and receive food and beverage deliveries and verify quantity and quality; organize and direct employee training programs; recruit, hire, and evaluate employee performance; investigate and resolve customer complaints regarding service quality; maintain records required by government agencies regarding sanitation and food safety; monitor compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations; review operational procedures to improve service efficiency and performance; arrange equipment maintenance and coordinate service vendors; manage schedules for catering services, food truck operations, and special events; prepare routine operational and performance reports.
Required 24 months of experience and HS diploma
