The Role

As a Restaurant Manager, you are the face of our hospitality. You’ll be on the floor, in the mix, and leading a team that thrives on excellence. We are looking for a "Guest-First" champion—someone who walks into the room and immediately lifts the mood. What You’ll Do

• Be the Host of the Party: Lead from the front! You’ll spend your time on the floor, connecting with guests, recognizing our regulars, and ensuring every table feels the "neighborhood favorite" magic.

• Lead the Squad: Act as a true team player. You’ll support your staff during the busiest rushes, keeping spirits high and service seamless.

• Grow Your Career: Take full advantage of our amazing training program. Whether you want to master the P&L or become a GM, we provide the roadmap and the tools to get you there.

• Maintain the Standard: Keep the restaurant looking sharp and feeling upscale, ensuring our high-volume pace never compromises our polished guest experience.
