Front of the House Manager

The Restaurantis seeking an experienced Front of the House Manager to help lead our family-owned and operated restaurants. In this role, you will oversee daily front-of-house operations, inspire and develop your team, and ensure every guest receives exceptional service and a memorable dining experience.

As a Front of the House Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the restaurant's operational excellence, profitability, and high service standards. You will lead by example, foster a positive team culture, and ensure efficient day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house restaurant operations.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and maximize guest satisfaction.
• Lead, schedule, and supervise front-of-house team members.
• Monitor staff performance, provide coaching, and support professional development.
• Ensure compliance with all health, sanitation, and safety regulations.
• Manage labor and operational costs while identifying opportunities to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Train and mentor new and existing team members on service standards, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor dining room operations, manage seating capacity, and regularly engage with guests to ensure an outstanding experience.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and management team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, General Manager, Hospitality Manager, or in a similar leadership role.
• Demonstrated success leading teams and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.
• Experience using restaurant management software such as OpenTable, HotSchedules, Compeat, or similar platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and financial management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
