We are looking for Restaurant Managers with 1-3 years of restaurant management experience to round out our team. The DAIQUIRI DECK is a high energy, high volume, full service, fun concept. We’ll expect you to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and customers have GREAT dining experiences.

Responsibilities

Champion restaurant culture by "walking the talk"
Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
Organize and supervise shifts
Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices

Skills

Proven customer service experience as a manager
Motivated, self-starter with strong drive to succeed
Food and beverage knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
High energy, hands-on leadership style
