Little Caesars Manager

$12.00-$22.00 per hour. 48 hours per week (includes 8 hours overtime).

Responsibilities:

As a Restaurant Manager at Little Caesars Pizza, the individual will play a crucial role in supporting the store manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant. Some key responsibilities typically include:

• Team supervision: Assist the store manager in hiring, training, and managing the restaurant staff. Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure smooth operations.
• Customer service: Uphold excellent customer service standards and address any customer concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.
• Operational support: Help maintain operational efficiency by ensuring compliance with food preparation procedures, safety standards, cleanliness protocols, and company policies.
• Inventory management: Assist in managing inventory levels, monitoring stock, and placing orders to maintain adequate supplies while minimizing waste.
• Sales and profitability: Work with the store manager to drive sales, achieve targets, and maximize profitability through effective cost management and upselling strategies.

Qualifications:

• A Little Caesars Colleague must be at least 16 years of age.
• Dependable, hardworking and the ability to handle pressure situations and stress.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to express a positive attitude towards others.
• You can work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• The ability to understand and follow directions and instructions.
• The ability to perform the essential functions of the job.
• Someone that loves to cook and eat pizza!
