Estella is looking for dynamic, experienced individuals who have a strong, high-volume background. Our organization is growing, with 2+ new concepts opening annually. Growth opportunities include AGM, GM, skilled Operating roles company wide. We are seeking candidates who truly want to be apart of a team, contributing every single day to our mission.
Qualifications

• 1+ years of FOH supervisor or manager experience
• Outstanding communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide quality guest experience by managing all areas of the daily operation
• Hiring and training of employees specific to your department
• Work closely with the procurement manager on purchases and inventory
• Create innovative ideas and contribute to the ongoing evolution of the program
• Weekly 1 on 1 meeting to review Prime with the Food & Beverage Director
• Creates marketing opportunities through outreach and event opportunities
• Monitors the venues beverage policies and procedures
