• 2+ years of restaurant management or shift lead experience, preferably in fast-casual or takeout
• Food Protection Certificate (or willing to obtain — we’ll help)
• Comfortable with POS systems and delivery app tablets
• Able to stay calm and organized during rush
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Available nights and weekends
• Halal food knowledge a plus
