As a Unit Accountant, you will support restaurant operations by managing reporting, onboarding and cost controls at the unit level. You will ensure accuracy in daily, weekly, and period-end financials while partnering with leadership to drive profitability and compliance.

Responsibilities:
Conduct financial audits and maintain accurate financial records
Perform and reconcile mid-month and end-of-month inventories for food, liquor, beer, wine, and restaurant supplies
Ensure all policies, procedures, and operational systems are followed to maintain company food and beverage recipe, quality, and presentation standards
Maintain and update vendor information, employee records, schedules, PLUs, and recipe database
Process and maintain payroll records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
Assist with the administration and documentation of guest and employee claims within the Salesforce system
Ensure timely renewal of all required business licenses, permits, and regulatory certifications
Maintain required labor law and HR postings in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations
Balance the restaurant checkbook, prepare and reconcile bank deposits, and ensure adequate cash availability for daily operations
Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting
Support restaurant leadership with administrative projects and operational initiatives
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of administrative/bookkeeping experience in a full-service restaurant or hotel operation
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Utilize daily, weekly and monthly disciplines to ensure positive financial results
Organize work and schedule activities with minimal direction so that objectives and deadlines are met
Stable and progressive work history; strong work ethic
