Operations Leadership

• Learn and master every area of the restaurant operation
• Lead daily restaurant activities to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Maintain exceptional standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and hospitality
• Ensure every guest receives an outstanding dining experience

Team Development

• Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop team members
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and respect
• Motivate employees to achieve their full potential
• Lead by example with a hands-on management style

Business Management

• Create and manage employee schedules
• Control labor costs and maximize productivity
• Oversee inventory, purchasing, and food cost management
• Maintain cash controls and operational compliance
• Execute opening and closing procedures
• Implement systems that improve efficiency and consistency

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to enhance operations
• Help build scalable systems for future growth
• Partner with ownership to strengthen the Grub Shack brand

Qualifications

1. Previous restaurant leadership experience required
2. Experience as a: General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Restaurant Manager, Area Manager, High-performing Shift Leader ready for the next step
3. Strong leadership and communication skills
4. Proven ability to coach and motivate teams
5. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
6. Comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment
7. High standards for cleanliness, food quality, and operational excellence
8. Financial awareness, including labor and inventory management
9. Desire to build a long-term career with a growing company
