Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs
• Build relationships with customers through exceptional service
• Demonstrate vehicle features and technology
• Conduct test drives and explain financing and ownership options
• Follow up with customers before and after the sale
• Maintain product knowledge on Kia vehicles and current incentives
• Work with management to achieve individual and team sales goals

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Customer service or sales experience preferred
• Restaurant, hospitality, retail, pest control, and door-to-door sales experience encouraged to apply
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Coachable and eager to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
