Bond with us.RESPONSIBILITIESGreet guest as they arrive; checking guests in to reservation system.Demonstrate genuine hospitality during every interaction with our guests.Assign guests to tables using the reservation system.Assist with cleaning and resetting tables as needed during high volume times.Attend pre-shift meeting to review/communicate information regarding service, VIP's, Specials.Engaging with guests while they are waiting for their table to create a welcoming environment.Performs opening and closing responsibilities in a timely and detailed manner.Answer guest questions about restaurant history, current wait times, etc.Maintain a positive guest experience with effective communication of all guest recovery situations while documenting such occurrences to the MOD.Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or instructed by management.Assist and support team members, as necessary.Perform other related duties as directed by the Bar Manager, FOH Managers, General Manager, or Corporate Office.Consistent productivity.Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONSDemonstrates knowledge and ability to execute restaurant standards.Restaurant experience preferred.Must have a positive attitude.1 Year of customer service experience.Are you ready to join our team?
