Restaurant Server – 34° North Restaurant at the Beaufort Hotel
The 34° North Restaurant located inside the Beaufort Hotel is currently seeking energetic and guest-focused Restaurant Servers to join our Food & Beverage team.
We are looking for individuals who have a passion for hospitality and enjoy creating memorable dining experiences for guests. A friendly personality, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are all important qualities for this role.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to all guests
- Greet guests promptly and ensure tables are clean and properly set
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and beverages while ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, beverages, and restaurant offerings
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout each shift
- Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, hosts, and management to ensure smooth operations
- Handle high-volume service periods calmly and professionally
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Maintain regular and dependable attendance
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience required
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and move throughout an entire shift
