Job Title: Restaurant Server
Pay Rate: $7.25/hr + Tips
Location: Hilton Fort Wayne, Indiana
Job Type : Hourly, Part Time

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and enhancing the overall dining experience for our guests. We are one of the highest paying hourly wage for Servers in the Fort Wayne Area! 

MUST be:
- Self starter
- reliable to run the show with little to no supervision in the evenings.

Duties
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver food and beverages promptly
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience
- Upsell additional items on the menu
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area

Skills
- Experience in culinary or food service industry preferred
- Knowledge of food handling procedures
- Strong customer service and guest services skills
- Ability to work effectively in an occasional fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and food industry standards
