Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, professional service
  

• Present menus and answer questions about menu items
  

• Take accurate food and beverage orders
  

• Enter orders into the POS system
  

• Serve food and drinks on time
  

• Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
  

• Handle customer concerns professionally and notify management when needed
  

• Process payments and provide accurate change or receipts
  

• Maintain the cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations
  

• Assist with side work, such as restocking supplies and cleaning
  

• Follow all health, safety, and food handling guidelines
