Restaurant Server

Magnolia & Marlin Restaurant is preparing to open its doors, and we are seeking experienced, energetic Servers to join our opening team. This is an exciting opportunity for hospitality professionals who enjoy connecting with guests, working in a fast-paced environment, and creating dining experiences people want to return to.

As a Server, you will guide guests through the menu, provide attentive and knowledgeable service, accurately process orders, and work closely with the front- and back-of-house teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service
• Explain menu items, specials, and beverage options
• Accurately enter and deliver food and beverage orders
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
• Monitor tables throughout the dining experience
• Process payments accurately and efficiently
• Follow food-safety, sanitation, and alcohol-service procedures
• Maintain clean, organized tables and service areas
• Work collaboratively with hosts, bartenders, cooks, and support staff
• Complete opening, closing, and assigned side work

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous restaurant serving experience is required
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
• Ability to remain professional during high-volume periods
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays safely
