Position Overview

Hermitage Country Club is seeking attentive, professional, and hospitality-driven individuals to join our team as Restaurant Servers. As a server in a private club setting, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our members and their guests. This position requires a high level of service, attention to detail, and a warm, polished demeanor.

No experience needed-we will train on the job!

Key Responsibilities

Provide prompt, courteous, and personalized service to club members and guests.

Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

Serve meals and beverages in a timely and professional manner.

Maintain a clean and organized dining area before, during, and after service.

Anticipate member needs and respond proactively.

Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.

Uphold the Club's standards for hospitality, appearance, and etiquette.

Qualifications

Previous serving experience preferred (fine dining or private club experience is a plus).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Demands
