Job Type: Part-Time
Schedule: Morning shifts with flexible availability required, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Wyndham Indianapolis West is looking for a dependable and personable Breakfast Server to provide excellent service and create a positive start to each guest's day. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has a passion for hospitality, and takes pride in providing friendly and efficient service in a team environment.

Whether welcoming guests, serving meals, or maintaining a clean and organized dining area, this position plays an important role in creating a memorable hotel experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner.

• Provide attentive food and beverage service while ensuring guest satisfaction.

• Take guest orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly.

• Assist guests with menu questions, requests, and special accommodations.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting breakfast area.

• Set up breakfast service, restock supplies, and complete daily service tasks.

• Clear and reset tables efficiently to provide a smooth dining experience.

• Maintain proper food handling and sanitation standards.

• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and hotel team members.

• Assist with opening, closing, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous restaurant, hotel, or customer service experience is a plus.

• Friendly and professional personality with strong guest service skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a team.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to different situations.

• Food safety training or certification is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

• Ability to lift and carry trays, dishes, and supplies.

• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
