Restaurant Servers

We are a long-time neighrborhood restaurant in a great area.  Wide ranging American menu with classic bar, dining room, banquet room and patio.  Upscale casual. Looking for year-round, not seasonal servers.  Weekday lunch shifts a priority, generally 10:30a-4:00.  Dinner shifts as well, typically 5:00-9:30. Responsibilities:Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.Guide guests through the menu, demonstrating a thorough knowledge of food and drink offerings.Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring attention to detail.Enter orders into the computer system for transmittal to the kitchen staff.Provide exceptional hospitality in a busy restaurant environment.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Collaborate with other team members to ensure an exceptional dining experience.Uphold high standards of service and professionalism.Qualifications:Previous experience as a server in upscale establishments.Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with guests in a positive manner.Knowledge of food and wine pairings.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Must be at least 18 years old.Responsibilities:Serving with excellenceInteract with our guests, creating a welcoming environmentLearning our menu inside and outBe sure food arrives promptly and to orderAnticipating guest needsMaintain a clean work spaceDisplaying a true sense of Hospitality to ensure guests are happyAdhere to proper Cash Handling Procedures Requirements: Must be able to lift 30 poundsBe flexible with your scheduleHave your Alcohol Awareness certificationExcellent communicatorTeam PlayerMaintain your uniform and have non-slip shoesHave a desire to learn and a passion for Customer Servicemust have year round availability  Benefits:A fun, energetic, professional work environmentGreat tips and competitive wagesOpportunity to interact with customers and improve skills in a fast-paced businessOpportunities to grow within the companyDiscounted meals
