Are you ready to be a Roadie?Texas Roadhouse is looking for a Restaurant Shift Lead who has strong communication and leadership skills to assist the management team.As a Restaurant Shift Lead your responsibilities would include (responsibilities would vary depending on Front of House or Back of House):Helping to maintain projected costs and labor during scheduled shifts"Hands on" supervision of the restaurant.
