Restaurant Shift Lead

Looking for a restaurant leadership position without the late-night hours?


The Dough Shed Pizzeria is looking for a dependable, motivated Restaurant Shift Lead to join our team in West Jefferson. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes initiative, and can confidently help lead a shift and keep things running smoothly.


This position can be part-time or full-time and includes flexible scheduling, a free meal every shift, and no late-night restaurant hours. We close at 8 PM Sunday–Thursday and 9 PM Friday–Saturday, and our closing team is typically finished within 30–45 minutes after closing.


What You’ll Do

•  Help lead and support team members throughout the shift 
•  Keep the shift organized and running smoothly 
•  Provide friendly, dependable customer service 
•  Help maintain food quality, cleanliness, and restaurant standards 
•  Handle end-of-day cash responsibilities 
•  Complete closing procedures and make sure the restaurant is ready for the next day 
•  Step in and help wherever needed during busy shifts 

What We’re Looking For

•  Dependable, responsible, and able to take initiative 
•  Positive attitude and strong work ethic 
•  Comfortable working with and leading a team 
•  Friendly and confident when interacting with customers 
•  Able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment 
•  Available to work evenings and weekends 
•  Restaurant, customer service, or leadership experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person
