Restaurant Shift Leader

Exciting opportunity for an exceptional candidate. Local Vegan Soul Food Restaurant is currently seeking a Shift Lead to be a team plater and assist in leading all aspects of our business. You will deliver a high-quality operational knowledge and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service.  

To be successful in this role, you'll need experience in front of the house and prep. Back of the house experience, while not required is a welcomed addition . You do not need ot be vegetarian/vegan; however, you will need to taste test food for quality and consistency and speak knowledgeably about the vegetarian culture. We want you to know how to oversee all front of the house responsibilities.  This includes but not limited to: taking customer orders, check-in with customers, ensure customers orders are processed in a timely fashion, prep, open/closing duties.
We'll expect you to lead by example and be engaged with a dynamic team and work as a team player.  

The Land of Kush is a Vegan Soul Food Restaurant located on the edge of downtown Baltimore. We have been in business for over 15 years and growing. We are in the process of expanding our business and looking for key individuals to help with this process.
