Restaurant Shift Leader

Shift Leaders at Chick-fil-A Heath are responsible for day-to-day task management of restaurant systems, engaging and solving customer concerns and issues, and the supervision of team member shifts and duties. A shift leader is also responsible for implementing and abiding by the Chick-fil-A culture, goals and brand vision. Shift Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow. The work schedule for this position will rotate to include a combination of opening, mid-shift, and closing.

We are hiring for both Restaurant Front of the House and Back of the House Shift Leaders.

This role will begin on/around Monday, November 23, 2026.

Responsibilities

•  Foster positive relationships with employees, providing direction and feedback

•  Own and manage daily, weekly, and monthly goals

•  Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures

•  Engage and resolve customer complaints

•  Manage daily business activities, shift organization, and restaurant needs

•  Oversee team member performance and staffing requirements

•  Handle cash responsibilities and daily inventory

•  Execute orders and fulfill unique customer requests

Requirements / Qualifications

•  Work effectively in team environments with shared responsibility

•  Thrive in fast-paced settings

•  Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and service orientation

•  Maintain commitment to superior customer service

•  Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility

•  Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager is not required but is preferred.
