Country Chicken N’ Fish is hiring a Restaurant Shift Leader / Leader in Training in Lakeland. This opportunity is for a dependable shift lead, restaurant trainer, or experienced team member who takes initiative and wants to earn greater responsibility.

What you’ll lead

You’ll work alongside the team to keep our drive-thru, pickup window, and kitchen running smoothly.

• Coordinate team members and priorities during each shift.
• Keep orders moving quickly and accurately while protecting food quality.
• Coach team members with clear direction, encouragement, and respectful accountability.
• Help guests feel acknowledged and cared for, including when resolving concerns.
• Monitor food safety, cleanliness, preparation, and service standards.
• Keep the team focused on completing orders during busy periods.
• Use slower moments to organize, restock, train, and prepare for the next rush.
• Identify problems early, take action within your responsibility, and communicate with leadership.

Previous experience as a restaurant shift leader, crew trainer, kitchen lead, team leader, or assistant manager is preferred. Strong restaurant team members who can demonstrate initiative and leadership potential are also encouraged to apply.

Quick-service, fast-casual, kitchen, or drive-thru experience is especially valuable.
