Chick-fil-A Livonia is hiring a Restaurant Shift Leader who is dependable, motivated, and ready to lead a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. As a Shift Lead, you'll help ensure the restaurant operates smoothly while supporting, coaching, and developing team members.

What You Can Expect

Pay: Starting at $16 hour, with opportunities for increases based on performance, training, and experience.

Flexible Scheduling:

• Flexible scheduling options
• Sundays off
• Must be available to work 5 days per week including Fridays and Saturdays
• Flexibility to work closing shifts and complete all closing responsibilities before leaving

A Day in the Life of a Chick-fil-A Restaurant Shift Leader

As a Front of House Shift Lead, you may:

• Lead and support Team Members during daily restaurant operations
• Ensure orders are prepared accurately and served with speed and excellence
• Ensure the team delivers craveable food and exceptional hospitality
• Monitor speed of service and help the team meet operational goals
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations
• Supervise cash handling procedures and follow security processes
• Address and resolve guest concerns with care and professionalism
• Provide direction, feedback, coaching, and support to Team Members
• Run team member breaks and help maintain effective shift coverage
• Create a positive, supportive, and training-focused environment
• Lead restaurant opening or closing procedures
• Ensure all closing responsibilities are completed before leaving the restaurant

What We're Looking For

We're looking for leaders who:

• Are at least 18 years old
• Enjoy leading, coaching, and developing others
• Have excellent customer service and communication skills
• Are dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented
• Can work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Have strong time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Are willing to follow Chick-fil-A systems and processes while pursuing operational excellence
• Have previous customer service experience preferred
• Have previous leadership or restaurant experience preferred
• Are flexible and available to work 5 days per week, including closing shifts
• Have reliable transportation
• Are eligible to work in the United States
• Lead others with honor, dignity, and respect
