What you'll do

You're the "big cheese" on shift, leading the team while keeping everything running smoothly.

In this role, you'll serve customers, support the kitchen, dispatch delivery drivers, and supervise the shift from start to finish. You'll ensure high standards for both food and service, oversee completion of shift checklists, manage tip payouts, and make sure staffing is well assigned.

You'll also support the training of new team members, help roll out new programs, policies, and products, and keep the restaurant clean and stocked.

What We're Looking For

If you're a team player who brings effort and good vibes to every shift, we wanna hear from you!

• Minimum of 6 months experience in food service is required.
• Past supervisory or Shift Leader experience is preferred!
• Able to stand/walk for long periods and lift 20-50 lbs.
• Comfortable using ovens, knives, and other restaurant tools.
• Must be 18+ (16-17 for Front of House at Garver).
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (IDs required at Orientation).
• English language proficiency is needed.

Shift Leader Scheduling and Availability

Flexible schedules! We'll work with you to find a schedule that works for everyone. Part-time (20-30 hrs/wk) and full-time (30-40 hrs/wk) available.

Frances is open 11am-2:30am daily! Shifts are typically 9/10am-5/6pm for lunch, 4/5pm-10/11pm for dinner, and 10pm-4am for late-night.

Evening and weekend availability is required. Late-night shift (10pm-4am) once per week required at Frances and State St locations.
