Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high product standards
• Assist the General Manager with operational oversight during shifts
• Lead and foster a collaborative, enthusiastic team environment
• Ensure compliance with Firehouse Subs policies and food safety regulations
• Operate food prep equipment, manage cash transactions, and uphold store cleanliness
• Greet and thank every customer professionally

Essential Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience with demonstrated team leadership
• Proficiency in operating cash registers
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in cold environments (walk-in refrigerators/freezers)
• High school degree or equivalent
