Restaurant Shift Leader

Giorgino's is a locally owned, fast-paced restaurant dedicated to great food, exceptional service, and supporting our team. We offer a fun, collaborative workplace with training, growth opportunities, company perks, and a safe, casual environment.

Position
We're seeking a long-term, customer-focused leader to mentor and motivate our team while leading by example, primarily in the kitchen. We provide the training, support, and tools needed to succeed.

• 30–40 hours/week
• Starting pay: $19.50/hour + $3+/hour in cash tips
• Schedule: Closing shifts, Tuesday–Sunday

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service
• Lead, train, and coach the team through servant leadership
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws
• Delegate, follow up, and maintain high operational standards
• Communicate effectively and resolve issues quickly
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Maintain exceptional cleanliness, organization, attendance, and punctuality

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a leadership role is preferred
• 1+ year of customer service and conflict resolution experience is preferred
• 1 + year restaurant cooking experience is preferred
• Available Tuesday–Sunday
