Are you ready to lead with heart, hustle, and some serious BBQ passion? Buddy’s BBQ is looking for a Restaurant Manager who’s excited to grow with us and help lead a team committed to serving delicious food and unforgettable customer experiences.

This position is perfect for someone with food service experience who’s ready to step into a leadership role. Prior management experience is a plus, but not required — we’re willing to train the right person with drive and leadership skills.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support a team of awesome crew members

• Hire, train, and coach team members to deliver top-tier service

• Manage day-to-day store operations

• Create a welcoming, positive environment for guests and staff

• Help monitor inventory, ordering, and food costs

• Address guest feedback with professionalism and care

• Drive results – including sales, staffing, and customer experience

• Ensure all health and safety standards are met

 Position Details:

• Reports to: General Manager

• Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week

• Growth opportunities available

• Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
