Youll coach and support crew members, maintain operational standards, and create an environment where guests receive outstanding service every visit.Responsibilities Include:Lead restaurant operations during assigned shifts. Coach, develop, and motivate crew members to perform their best. Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences. Ensure food quality, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are consistently met. Monitor labor, productivity, and operational performance throughout each shift. Maintain a safe, secure, and organized work environment. Support inventory management and proper product handling. Assist with training and onboarding new team members. Communicate effectively with fellow managers to ensure smooth shift transitions. Help achieve restaurant goals for service, operations, and profitability.
