Leadership Development Opportunity

This entry-level management position provides cross-training in all restaurant functions and offers exposure to key operational responsibilities, including inventory management, scheduling, ordering, receiving, storage, and menu planning. You'll work closely with the General Manager and leadership team while completing a structured management certification program designed to develop the skills needed for long-term success and career growth.

Hourly Restaurant Manager Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or a similar restaurant leadership role
• Ability to work various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Self-driven, and flexible with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume restaurant environment
• Demonstrated commitment to guest service, team development, and operational excellence
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Food Safety certification required
• Previous experience with scheduling, inventory management, and food ordering preferred
• New restaurant opening experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Hourly Restaurant Manager Responsibilities

• Lead daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences
• Serve as Manager on Duty and oversee opening, closing, and shift execution activities
• Coach, develop, and recognize Team Members while promoting a positive and productive work environment
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and retention efforts
• Ensure compliance with company standards for food quality, food safety, cleanliness, maintenance, and guest service
• Monitor restaurant performance using operational tools, reports, and processes to drive results and take corrective action when needed
• Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accountability for restaurant assets
• Respond to guest concerns professionally and resolve issues quickly and effectively
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
• Authorize manager-level transactions, including discounts, promotions, and timekeeping adjustments
• Support inventory management, product ordering, receiving, storage, and restaurant profitability initiatives
