Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding service, maintaining high standards of food and service quality, cleanliness, and efficiency.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure smooth and seamless service.
• Support team members through coaching, training, and development initiatives to enhance their skills and performance.
• Manage guest interactions proactively, resolving concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders and uphold safety standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and control costs to maximize profitability.
• Enforce health and safety regulations consistently across all areas of the restaurant.
• Foster a positive team environment by promoting collaboration, recognition, and open communication.
