What This Role Is This is a hands-on supervisory position. You'll be the point of contact on the floor primarily during evening and weekend shifts, working closely with the Management to keep operations running smoothly, our team motivated, and our guests happy. This is not a desk job — you're present, engaged, and leading from the front.
Responsibilities:
Supervise FOH staff during shifts — active, visible leadership
Run pre-shift meetings and set the tone for the team
Monitor service flow, guest experience, cleanliness, and product levels
Handle opening/closing duties and accurate shift close-outs
Step in to assist with bar service or kitchen when needed (contingency, not routine)
Coordinate with the Kitchen Manager to ensure smooth, safe kitchen operations
Assist with scheduling, inventory, and stocking
Support the hiring process and help train new bar servers on procedures and standards
Communicate shift notes and issues to ownership/management
Ensure company standards and policies are followed — consistently, by everyone
Make real-time adjustments to keep the shift on track
Qualifications:
2–3+ years of bartending or serving experience in a fast-paced restaurant
At least 1 year in a keyholder, lead, or supervisory role
Calm and solution-oriented under pressure
Strong communicator — with staff, management, and guests
Positive, professional, and genuinely team-driven
Able to work outdoors in an open-air environment
Saturday nights and Sundays are non-negotiable availability
Tech Savvy - requires a smartphone and comfort with: Google/Microsoft, POS, and scheduling app
