Restaurant Store Manager $18-22

Armada Staffing Group is currently seeking a dependable, motivated, and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Columbus, OH (Polaris Area).We are looking for a strong leader with quick-service restaurant or food service management experience who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, developing high-performing teams, and maintaining operational excellence. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while leading daily operations and ensuring an outstanding guest experience.
Pay Rate:

• $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience
• Performance-based bonus opportunities as the business grows

Shift/Hours:

• Full-Time
• Flexible schedule required, including opening and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
• Shift schedules: 1st shift 10am -3:30pm, evening shift 3:30pm-9pm, Sunday hours 11 am-7pm

Requirements:

• Previous Store Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Quick-Service Management experience preferred
• Quick food service experience highly preferred
• Must have reliable transportation for daily product pickups and deliveries
• Must obtain and maintain a ServSafe Manager Certification
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience recruiting, hiring, training, and coaching employees
• Ability to enforce company policies and standard operating procedures
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Must successfully pass any required background screening and pre-employment requirements

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all day-to-day store operations
• Lead, motivate, and develop the store team
• Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive guest experience
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
• Drive sales and ensure efficient store performance
• Complete daily product pickups and deliveries from the Central Kitchen
• Recruit, hire, train, and coach team members
• Enforce company SOPs and maintain operational consistency
• Monitor inventory and ensure the store is properly stocked
• Open and close the store as needed while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
