Restaurant Supervisor (hourly) – Tower of the Americas

Our retail store provides a variety of souvenirs and gifts that capture the essence of San Antonio. We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Restaurant Team.
Job Summary: As a Restaurant Supervisor at Tower of the Americas, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing dining room, and assisting guests tableside. You will play a key role in creating a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide menu knowledge and recommendations to customers.
- Greeting guests at the table.
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness and organization.
- Assist with servers, hosts, bartenders and bussers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with management.
- Promote and upsell Tower of the Americas special promotions.
- Work the circle.
Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant supervisor or management experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for providing outstanding customer service.
