The Point Casino & Hotel is looking for an energetic, service-driven Restaurant Supervisor to lead our front-of-house operations. If you're passionate about hospitality, enjoy coaching others, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to have you join our Food & Beverage team.

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you'll oversee daily restaurant operations, support and develop team members, resolve guest concerns, and ensure every guest leaves with an outstanding experience. Every shift is different, making this an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys leading from the floor and making an immediate impact.

What You'll Do

  • Lead daily front-of-house restaurant operations
  • Supervise, coach, and support restaurant team members
  • Assign sections and manage floor coverage
  • Monitor service flow, ticket times, and guest satisfaction
  • Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new team members
  • Ensure opening, closing, and side work is completed
  • Approve comps, discounts, and voids according to policy
  • Oversee cash handling and POS procedures
  • Maintain food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service compliance
  • Promote teamwork, accountability, and exceptional hospitality every shift

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Three to five years of restaurant experience
  • At least one year of leadership or supervisory experience
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work multiple restaurant venues, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to obtain:
  • Washington Food Worker Card within 30 days
  • Washington Class 12 or 13 MAST Permit within 30 days
  • Class II Gaming License
