Seeking a Restaurant Supervisor for Macau Kitchen to oversee daily operations during assigned shifts.
Responsibilities include

  • monitoring budgets, supervising staff, scheduling, guest relations, and maintaining cleanliness
  • opening and closing shifts properly
  • engaging with guests and addressing feedback
  • controlling revenue and checks
  • handling employee relations, hiring, training, coaching, and recognizing staff
  • ensuring safety, compliance, and effective communication
  • solving daily operational issues and maintaining high service standards
  • Qualifications include
  • high school diploma or equivalent,
  • supervisory experience preferred,
  • strong math, communication, customer service, and leadership skills,
  • ability to work weekends, holidays, and nights,
  • ABC certification required, and proficiency in English.
