Seeking a Restaurant Supervisor for Macau Kitchen to oversee daily operations during assigned shifts.
Responsibilities include
- monitoring budgets, supervising staff, scheduling, guest relations, and maintaining cleanliness
- opening and closing shifts properly
- engaging with guests and addressing feedback
- controlling revenue and checks
- handling employee relations, hiring, training, coaching, and recognizing staff
- ensuring safety, compliance, and effective communication
- solving daily operational issues and maintaining high service standards
- Qualifications include
- high school diploma or equivalent,
- supervisory experience preferred,
- strong math, communication, customer service, and leadership skills,
- ability to work weekends, holidays, and nights,
- ABC certification required, and proficiency in English.
