As part of the leadership team, you will work directly with an independent Owner/Operator and gain hands-on experience in restaurant operations, team development, and business leadership. Management Responsibilities
- Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Coach, develop, and support Team Members and Team Leaders
- Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable to Chick-fil-A standards
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and service consistency
- Oversee food quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and food safety standards
- Manage labor, productivity, and operational goals during shifts
- Assist with performance development
- Communicate effectively with leadership and team members across shifts
- Problem-solve quickly and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Lead by example in attitude, work ethic, and hospitality
