We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented professional to lead daily front-of-house and/or back-of-house operations in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate is organized, approachable, and committed to delivering a positive guest experience while supporting a productive and collaborative team.
Overview
In this role, you will help oversee shift operations, support team members, maintain quality and service standards, and ensure smooth day-to-day execution. This position is well suited for someone who enjoys leading by example, solving problems quickly, and keeping service running efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure service standards are consistently met.
- Support, coach, and motivate team members during shifts.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate staffing needs, shift coverage, and task assignments.
- Help maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and shift reporting as needed.
- Communicate effectively with management and team members regarding operational needs.
- Monitor product quality, service flow, and inventory levels to support efficient operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or food service environment.
- Experience in a leadership, shift lead, or supervisory role preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy, fast-paced setting.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team and support excellent guest service.
- Basic understanding of food safety, sanitation, and operational best practices.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Preferred Skills
- Training and development experience.
- Knowledge of scheduling, inventory, or POS systems.
- Experience handling guest feedback and resolving service issues.
- Ability to manage priorities and maintain attention to detail.
