What You'll Do

• Lead daily restaurant operations alongside the Restaurant General Manager.
• Coach, motivate, and support the front-of-house team throughout each shift.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences by resolving concerns with professionalism and care.
• Monitor service standards, food quality, cleanliness, and restaurant presentation.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members.
• Help manage labor, staffing levels, and shift execution.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team culture built on accountability and respect.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards.

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of restaurant leadership experience (Shift Lead, Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or similar).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to remain calm and organized in a high-volume environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Handler Card and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
