Restaurant Team Leader

We're looking for a motivated Front of House Floor Leader or Kitchen Floor Leader to help lead daily operations, support the team, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. Floor Leaders lead by example, coach team members, and help ensure operational excellence during every shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts, including opening/closing and key holder duties
• Coach and train team members while maintaining a positive culture
• Ensure excellent food quality, safety, cleanliness, and customer service
• Keep team members accountable to Chick-fil-A standards
• Support daily operations and complete assigned leadership tasks
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a shift leader, team lead, supervisor, assistant manager, or restaurant manager required
• Strong leadership, communication, and people skills
• Ability to coach and hold team members accountable
• Reliable, positive, and service-minded
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability
• Able to lift 25–50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Must be at least 18 years old
