• The leadership team is dedicated to helping everyone, including themselves, grow to be the best they can be. We love to grow new leaders and promote based on performance and in restaurant experience.
• We are trying to redefine what hospitality looks like here in Anderson, IN. This goes for how we serve our guests and how we interact with each other as well!

Job Expectations

• Consistently provide positive and friendly customer service
• Provide hospitality and positively influence your team and the community
• Enhance guest experience using Chick-fil-A models that you’ll learn in training
• Front of House and Kitchen team member positions available
• Outdoor work is required at times
