We are hiring Team Members to join our team at Chick-fil-A! Having high-quality Team Members is an integral part to our success. Your friendly customer service and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential to having a successful restaurant and maintaining a positive work culture.

Team Members that have prior experience leading others will have an opportunity to advance to Trainer or Team Leader at an accelerated rate. Team Members can expect a starting hourly rate between $10-$13/hour, depending on availability and experience. Upon successful advancement to Trainer and Team Leader roles, pay rates range between $13-$16/hour, depending on availability, experience, and successful training.
