We’re Hiring Restaurant Team Members!

We’re looking for dependable, friendly, hardworking people who want to learn, grow, and be part of a team.

As a Restaurant Team Member, you’ll be cross-trained in all areas of the restaurant. You may be making pizzas one moment, helping a guest the next, answering the phone, preparing an order, cleaning the restaurant, or making a delivery.

This is not a delivery-only position, and it is not an inside-only position. Our Team Members do both.

How Compensation Works

As a Restaurant Team Member, you will receive your regular hourly wage for all time worked, whether you are working inside the restaurant or making deliveries.

You will also have the opportunity to earn:

• Flat rate fee per delivery taken

• Delivery tips received from customers

• A share of the restaurant's tip pool

Delivery Mileage

Instead of tracking and reimbursing mileage based on individual trips, we provide a flat $3.00 mileage reimbursement for each delivery run.

End-of-Shift Delivery Payout

At the end of your shift, your delivery mileage reimbursement and delivery tips are paid out in cash according to company procedures.

Restaurant Tip Pool

Every Restaurant Team Member participates in the restaurant's tip pool.

Your share of the restaurant's tip pool is paid through payroll and included on your regular paycheck.

The restaurant tip pool is separate from the delivery tips you receive from customers.

Delivery Is Part of the Job

Making deliveries is a regular responsibility of the Restaurant Team Member position.

Team Members are expected to be able to make customer deliveries using their own reliable vehicle.

To be considered for this position, you must have:

• A valid driver's license

• A reliable personal vehicle

• Current automobile insurance that meets company requirements

• An acceptable driving record

• The ability and willingness to make customer deliveries

When you're not making a delivery, you're working alongside your team inside the restaurant.

What You'll Do

As a Restaurant Team Member, you'll be trained to perform all of the core functions of our restaurant.

Make Great Food

• Make pizzas and other menu items according to Marco’s standards

• Prepare ingredients and customer orders

• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures

• Maintain food quality, accuracy, and speed

• Properly prepare and package orders

Take Care of Our Guests

• Greet guests and provide friendly service

• Answer phones and take customer orders

• Take orders in person and through our ordering systems

• Process payments accurately

• Answer customer questions

• Help resolve customer concerns

• Create a welcoming experience for every guest

Make Deliveries

• Deliver customer orders safely, accurately, and professionally

• Use your personal vehicle to make customer deliveries

• Provide friendly service at the customer's door

• Follow all company delivery and safety procedures

• Protect the quality and presentation of customer orders

• Return to the restaurant and immediately assist the team

Keep the Restaurant Ready

• Keep the restaurant clean, organized, and guest-ready

• Clean work areas, equipment, floors, and dining areas

• Stock ingredients and supplies

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Assist with opening and closing duties

• Follow food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards

Be a Team Player

• Support your fellow Team Members

• Help wherever you're needed

• Work efficiently during busy periods

• Communicate effectively with managers and teammates

• Maintain a positive attitude

• Contribute to a team environment where everyone works together

Previous restaurant experience is helpful, but not required. We will train the right person.
